Our 5 Axis CNC machine MAXIMA MB is a Numerically Controlled Machining Center with five axes suitable for the processing both slabs and blocks even with a substantial thickness in marble, granite, natural stone, composite stone.
It is computer controlled machine resulting in even higher performance and greater reliability.
It can perform any type of roughing, finishing and polishing contouring operations, as well as milling, drilling, countersinking, pocketing, bas-relief, lettering, sculpting, drainboards, engravings, cutting with a blade with variable angle 0-90.
It can perform every type of contouring, even polished (ex. bullnose, half bullnose, straight edge, etc.) even on slabs of substantial thickness.
Once loaded the slab is worked and unloaded only when the piece is completely finished.
We at Artistic Granite use the LT-2D3D Laser Templator to take extremely precise measurements of your kitchen and bathroom with an accuracy of 0.0625″ and a range up to 325′ which is the industry standard. Not only does it record extremely precise measurements, it can do it consistently.
By using the LT-2D3D Laser Templator, we ensure your countertops are cut to the exact measurements within your home regardless of curves and irregularities. Using this your granite or quartz will be measured and cut to perfection.
